Easy Easter brunch ideas (and a few you’ll want for dinner too)

Hi Reader,

Hey, it's so good to see you. I've been a little quieter over here just with a lot going on, but I can talk about that in another e-mail.

Easter has kind of been sneaking up on me though, same? While I've made some Easter treats, what my family really looks forward to is Easter brunch.

Here are a few favorites I keep coming back to:

Some years I've made things like a delicious ham (with honey orange glaze!) or a fancy feeling stuffed pork tenderloin. I've added sides to the table like mashed sweet potatoes, glazed baby roasted carrots, and even some crock pot mac and cheese.

Those can be fun too! Plus having some snacking ham around isn't awful. But this year it's going to be brunch for our family. Maybe a few extra of these Mini Egg chocolate chip cookies... just in case.

What are you up to for Easter?

See you soon with more recipes,

P. S. Oh my gosh, I didn't tell you! I am so excited that my new no bake lemon eclair cake is going viral! From some of the lovely comments I've been getting, I think it's going to be on a lot of people's Easter tables.

You make it the night before, so it makes it easy for Easter day! It's based on my no bake chocolate eclair cake.

Anyways, let me know if you try it!

Or even better leave a comment and a star rating pretty please, so everyone knows how it goes!

Hi Reader, Let’s be real—pizza is almost always a win. Some nights, we go all out with homemade dough, and other nights, store-bought crust saves the day. Hi Reader, Is it really game day if you don't have at least one dip on your snack table?
